Teens Arrested

Alabama Suspect Five Tallassee High School students have
been arrested for allegedly threatening classmates to get them to
join a gang.

TALLASSEE, Ala. (AP) - Five Tallassee High School students have
been arrested for allegedly threatening classmates to get them to
join a gang.
Police Chief Jimmy Rogers said no students at the school were
injured and authorities don't think they were in danger at any
time.
District Attorney Randall Houston said any threatening behavior
is taken seriously. He said only limited information could be
released because of the ages of the five teenage suspects, who will
be tried in juvenile court.

This is a major felony charge that these kids don’t even realize??? It’s called “Compelling Street Gang Membership”, and cited in Section 13A-6-26, Code of Alabama (1975), as amended.

Section 13A-6-26. Compelling Streetgang Membership

(a) For purposes of this section, the term “streetgang” means any combination, confederation, alliance, network, conspiracy, understanding, or other similar arrangement in law or in fact, of three or more persons that, through its membership or through the agency of any member, engages in a course or pattern of criminal activity.

(b) A person who expressly or by implication threatens to do bodily harm or does bodily harm to a person, a family member or a friend of the person, or any other person, or uses any other unlawful criminal means to solicit or cause any person to join or remain in a streetgang is guilty of the crime of compelling streetgang membership.

maybe if were to do like we did back in the 30’s to get rid of gangs and gangsers. hunt them down and shoot them on site. maybe kids would want to be G-men not dead rap singers
