Three teenagers accused of robbing and fatally shooting a pizza delivery man made their first court appearance this morning. Police have identified two of the suspects as 17-year old Marvin Davis and 16-year old Joshua James. Both have been charged as adults.

A 15-year old suspect has not been identified because of his age. All three were denied bond in court today. Investigators say the teens have confessed to killing 50-year old Ngoc Dinh Nguyen. Nguyen was found shot to death Friday night on Brill Circle, that's near Dauphin Island Parkway.

The three teens will be back in court on Wednesday.
