No word yet on whether charges will be filed in a deadly crash on Interstate Ten.
Sunday, nine teenagers from baldwin county were traveling eastbound on the interstate when their SUV flipped several times.
Investigators say 16-year-old Turner Little was driving above the speed limit and over-corrected when he lost control of the vehicle.
Five of the teenagers were thrown from the SUV.
15-year-old Charles Williams of Summerdale died in the accident.
His classmates and teachers at Foley Middle School didn't take the news too well.
"Our teachers have really had a tough time 'cause these teachers get close to these kids and I know that it's difficult anytime you lose a child. I mean I couldn't imagine what the family is going through right now," said Foley Middle School Principal Branton Bailey.
Alabama State Troopers say only two of the teenagers were wearing seat belts.
The investigation has been turned over to the Baldwin County District Attorney's office.

Charles was a friend of mine and I will never forget him. I attended his wake to pay my respects to his family. He has many friends that will never forget him. Charles worked hard to succeed in his interests. He was one of the nicest people I have met. We love you, rest in peace, Charles Williams.

Twinsxs2 - great post. Lets just hope the lynch mob from the Citronelle story doesn’t show up here. It is so sad. Another young life lost in a car wreck. Carl and so many other posters are correct when saying how we all as youngsters have done that not so smart stuff. It’s all part of being young and finding yourself. Lord knows I have a list of “Boy! That was stupid!” stuff. I try and pass all that on to my kids, but you can do only so much. Now my two boys are grown and doing OK. They are in my prayers.

Well, All I can say is this is a very tough time for EVERYONE involved! It is a sad time. Losing a child is unbearable! I could NOT imagine how hard it is. I do know that the driver is greiving and truly wishes this NEVER happened but it did. I just hope that everyone will not be judgemental and just know we were all teenagers once and I am SURE we all rode in a car with more kids than allowed and did not have a seat belt on. For what I know, he was driving around 75 in a 70. It was an ACCIDENT and he will have to live with this guilt for the rest of his life. IT could have happened to anyone at anytime it just happened to them. I am a true beleiver that GOD has a reason or a purpose when he takes a life, especially a young life. Just remember to pray for everyone involved and not pass judgement. Thanks.
