bamabob,  they went over there with the intent to rob and kill him… was he an easy target?  3 against one?  yeah i would say so… was there anything there for them to go after? no… he lived the simple life… he was a down to earth guy… i really can’t say any more than that…

you know alot of this can be attributed to bad parenting, and I will sound like a broken record BUT, video games, TV and movies.  The stuff they show nowadays is so encouraging and glamourous to kids that they think they can do whatever and get away with it “like in the movies.”  As a parent it is your responsibility to filter what YOUR children do, not theirs.  These kids parents must be a work of art themselves if this is how the kids have turned out.  *****ONLY MY OPINION

It would have been just a little bit harder to crack down on them and make them walk the straight and narrow, but the parents could have raised these kids (as well as the parents of all the other miscreants we read about on here), to be respectable, contributing, job holding,productive citizens no matter how hard it was. Again—JUST MY OPINION

Well the neighborhood that these kids were arrested in is a nice neighborhood with hard working folks trying to keep their heads above water in this economy.  The crime in this neighborhood is very little, kids ride their skareboards in the subdivision, kids play outside with other kids. 

I know that crime happens everywhere but what just keeps getting to me is “Where are the Adults??”

It does make a person wonder….

Since the 16-year-old had only moved out of his dad’s place a few days before the cold blooded murder and arson, it makes me think he was still angry with his dad about something.  He probably told these other punks that his dad had something of value at that trailer.  Then they cooked up this scheme to go over there and kill the guy.

A bunch of young monsters that need to be locked away for life or something.

This is just sickening.  I cannot imagine what these kids were thinking….  I mean most kids this age are thinking about Prom and Graduation and Senior Trips….  I cannot seem to grasp what would make these kids do something so horrible.  I mean Mr. Aitcheson seemed to be a man of little needs so what were they expecting to get from him??? 

I still want someone to tell me WHO OWNS THE MOBILE HOME where these kids were staying.  I KNOW FOR A FACT that these kids did not own that home, several of the neighbors interviewed have said they never saw any adults around just a bunch of teenagers….  Where are the adults in this situation???

There is something missing from this puzzle.  If as many as 7 kids knew about this crime before it took place then there is much more than is being told….  Where is the Aitcheson kids mother?  I was told he had a younger sister, where is she?

Such a young life waisted to stupidity! What are our teens thinking. Lord at 18 I surely wasnt thinking of murdering someone or burning a place down. Maybe cursing momma under my breath for not letting me do what I wanted to…sad sad sad

Did any of these kids say anything before lawyers got to them?  Did they want this man dead, or was he just an easy target?
