If he didn’t want to get shot he should have not been fighting with the po po. Anyone that try’s to put his or her hands on a cop’s weapon while evading arrest needs to be shot dead. It is the same as pulling out your own weapon on them and that will get you just as dead. Good bye to you scumbag.
