IMO. When someone shoots at you that would be very threatening. It was four in the morning, last time I checked thats pretty dark. So how could the officier have seen him through the gun,He couldn’t. The guy fired at a police officier. When the officier said stop or I’ll shot. Last time I checked that doesn’t mean run! He had the right to put his hands up and stop. Did he? No, so I think he made up his own mind about going to jail and trial. He make his choice. The cop was just doing his job.

Let me get this right, dougie-the police were in the wrong,per your words if I recall correctly-when an officer was killed by a punk thug. Now,the police are wrong,because they killed a punk thug? Does that about sum it up? I think they are hiring,go get yourself a job,and teach them how to do it.
