FOLEY, Alabama -
A Baldwin County teenager accused of throwing a street sign at a car and killing the driver is free on bond. State troopers charged 19-year old Jonathan Hadley with murder Saturday. Troopers say Hadley pulled a street sign out of the ground then threw it at an coming car on County Road 55 near Foley.

"He threw the sign at the vehicle, puncturing the front windshield, striking the driver in the head and killing him," says Cpl. Steve Smith with the Alabama State Troopers. "It doesn't get much more serious than murder."

Smith identified the victim as 20-year old Jose Galiana.

People living near the crime scene can't believe it.

"We usually don't have trouble in this community, it's usually a pretty quiet bedroom community," says Jack Smith. "It's a terrible tragedy, a young person like that, two of them, one is dead, another is going to prison."

Troopers say they do not have a motive. Hadley's father, Albert Hadley, was charged with filing a false police report.

All of Baldwin co is messed up! School system, Judicial system and every other so called system they have! Maybe Mobile should take over Baldwin. Its not perfect but its better!

It appears to me that the Baldwin County judicial system is WAY messed up. I mean come on,they let a drunk who hit 3 people on bicycles out on $1000 bond. Then he was arrested a few days later for something related to being drunk. DUH! My 6 year old could have told you that would happen. Now you are letting a MURDERER out, period? What’s up with that????

Kills a man and gets a rock bottom bond….If he would have been caught with a kilo of weed…his bond is one million…..now where is the rational thinking in that logic…at some point..put stupid lawmakers must fix the broken down system…The police do their job and the punk is right back out..before the ink is even dry on the paperwork…sad…so sad.

i don’t khow, might be something to the guy making a pass at him with the car.

I cant believe that they let this PUNK out of jail. I hope that justice moves swiftly in this case as the circumstances are extremely aggravating.

fry this thug. and his worthless lying dad. i cant believe he is out on 1/2 of his posted bond, wonder who’s upside down trailer he used for collateral. (Property bond) and i wonder who in the distrcit attorneys office he is related too. Kills someone and his bond is lower than the guy a few weeks ago for animal creulity. burn him

Such crimes, murders to be more specific have been in the news everywhere. Several murder cases like the above article have been reported and in fact today, the story of the Wesson family murder is in rounds today. To make the story short, Marcus Wesson is no one you want to meet. He’s evil personified, and that is NOT meant in the Ozzy Osbourne/Slayer/Halloween FUN kind of evil, we mean evil.  He fathered 17 children, some with nieces and daughters of his. He then either directly or indirectly murdered 9 of them, ages 1 to 25.  He was sentenced to death.  After the trial, his wife, Elizabeth Wesson, was taken in by a reporter, Alysia Sofios, along with two of her daughters and a niece, and helped them get back on their feet, who later repaid the favor by rehabilitating Sofios after a head injury in a car crash.  Sofios wrote a book about her experience called Where Hope Begins, which was just released.  A lot of people would give payday loans to see a Marcus Wesson DOE (Date of Execution) come through soon.
