Come’on Carl, thugs don’t learn a thing.  If they did we wouldn’t be having all these robberies and car jackings.  Everyone of them think they are above the law and could care less about what society thinks of them.

imagine what kids go thru now in school, its really sad.

They need to catch these thugs and make an example out of them so others will remember it for years to come! when kids can’t feel safe in school while trying to learn then it’s time to break hard with the culprits,real hard,so that future thugs might think twice before doing it again.
