Sex Offender Wanted For Exposing Himself To Kids

Alabama Mobile Mobile police say Marion Scott exposed himself to a seven-year-old child at Wal-Mart and to a four-year-old at Target.

Mobile police need your help to find a 41-year-old convicted sex offender wanted for exposing himself to little children.

Police say Marion Scott exposed himself to a seven-year-old child in October at the Wal-Mart on Schillinger Road. He did the same thing two weeks later at the Target down the street. This time the victim was four-years-old

Scott has a history of arrests for Indecent Exposure and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

He keeps doing this to little kids and getting away with it because he is only charged with a misdemeaner everytime. It looks to me like after so many times he should be charged with a felony and sent to prison for life!! He is gonna keep on until some one really hurts him .

This is one of those times I have to ask where was the one in charge of the four year old in the store that they did not see this and hold him(the man) til the police came?

I tell you what let me catch him in Walmart or Target exposing himself. They will just have to call the police cause he will be lead to the hunting dept. and he wont have nothing to expose anymore. Heck with putting him in jail. Just a waste of my tax dollars.

bamamama, now you know that’s not gonna happen. That space could so much better be used to house someone for “bad checks” or for “marijuana possession”! It’s OK to go around exposing yourself to young kiddies, if you do not believe me, ASK YOUR CONGRESSMAN!
