Sex Abuse A Mobile man is charged with abusing a child under the age of 12.

Mobile Police have arrested a man, they say, abused a child under the age of 12. Investigators say the abuse happened on and off when the child was between six and ten.
Robert Drinkard is charged with sex abuse and first degree sodomy. Police say he knew the victim. He is being held inMetro Jail.
