Yes there are laws on the books for panhandling and if they want to push it they can get him for vagrancy and loitering.They have ways to move them along but thats just what they do ,move him to another area.These people don’t want to accept a place in society they find it easier than work.
This is why Oregon doesn’t want him back he is out of their hair now why bring him back?As taxes increase there will be more that drop out of the work force because working will not pay the bills after taxes.Do you remember the communes of the sixties ,none of them worked they panhandled and raised or stole whatever they needed.Charles Manson had his own.And there are several still operating as organic farmers out west

I agree with you all about him being off the streets, I have kids and I diffently don’t want the man on the streets in my area but, can they really put him in jail for begging?  If he was a smart guy he would have a law suite!

How about a labotomy if you can’t neuter it out just hull it out of their brain.Nothing to good for a pedofile.

I watched a documentary on a pedophile who was telling his story from behind bars, but he could tell you from experience that castration does not do any good. Without getting too graphic, the pedophile still has urges and feelings even though he himself cannot do anything physically about it. They will use any item at their disposal to hurt the victim and still get their gratification because its also that feeling that your brain gives you whether your body can do anything about it or not.

I believe the Saudis are the ones that have a chip like that for implantation.They can know at anytime where a person is and it’s rumored that they can disable that person with toxin if so desired with a push of a button from many miles away.Now that’s what we need for these sexual predators!Short of neutering them that is.

Taking a sex offender to the state line and putting him out will not do anyone any good.  All sex offenders need to be tracked 24/7.  They can have cars that can be tracked if you have a wreck or if you lock your keys in the car and you can call a number and they can unlock your car from anywhere.  The same thing needs to happen to sex offenders.  They need to have something surgically implanted where they can be tracked day in and day out.  Also, so that people just by looking at them will know they are a sex offender, they should have some sort of marking or tattoo maybe on their forehead.  Oh, I can hear it now, people will say it is against their rights, but people like that should have no rights.  If they don’t want to be tagged and have a tattoo recognizing them as a sex offender then they should have the option of being flown to an uninhabited island to fend for themselves and others like them.

Any ole hows way,I feel good about him being off the streets.He seems to be a crime waiting to happen,again!He doesn’t look as if he’s missed any meals here recently.Kudos for the MPD.

The children do fund raisers on and off as well as firefighters,Good causes in which i agree. With the begging for a bottle of wine or some dope i have to object .I have offered them work for good pay but never had one of these beggers take that offer.They don’t want to better themselves.It’s easier to live on the back of society.They not only make the area unsavory but unsafe we the public don’t know who these people are,rapist ,murderers,who knows.Go to the Down Town parks and watch them pass the brown bag around.I can’t take my Grandaughter to feed the animals which she loves to do without feeling uncomfortable.“Got any change"help a vet

Well, the bottom line is that the guy is in jail for now and off our streets and he is in for a legit charge, ive seen police put theese guys in jail time in and time out, but when they get out they go right back to the very same spot.. im sure at some point they will get the point to move on when they get enough of being arrested.. ive been personally approached in the walmart parking lott by theese bumms, and its scary because theese guys are drunk when they beg for money and when u dont give them money they get irate and curse and threating u i know personally.. so i feel safe with him being off the streets for now.

I can agree with outlaw but to Stunner there are people on every corner with signs begging for money too many to believe its against the law and children fundraising? Fundraising is when you get something in return for your donation, its not just asking for cash. And I don’t have anything against the children doing that either it’s just that our laws need to be the same for everyone.
