BREAKING NEWSThe State Health Department has confirmed a second case of swine flu in Mobile County.
According to the Mobile County Health Department, a 24-year-old patient tested positive for Influenza A at a private physician’s office. A sample was then sent to the state lab in Montgomery, which confirmed that it was the H1N1 virus. The patient did not need to be hospitalized and has fully recovered.
On May 4th, a four year old Mobile boy tested positive for swine flu. The case was confirmed last week.
