Foley Police have arrested a second juvenile they say spray-painted gang graffiti on buildings, sidewalks and street signs in a public housing community.

Investigators charged the 17-year old with criminal mischief and criminal tampering. Police say the 17-year old and a 15-year old friend "tagged" the Aaronville community Sunday night with gang symbols and anti-police profanity. The graffiti was widespread and covered dozens of public housing buildings.

Police say the boys could also be held responsible for monetary damages.

Why are the city employees being made to clean up this mess when we know who did it?  It would be different if it were a mystery, but apparently they’ve been identified. They should be out there scrubbing everything they defaced with someone to supervise them not doing their dirty work for them. Want to control our city budget? Then don’t waste our city funds on cleaning up after them, make them do it!!!

Ok, this is going on by teens and what are they doing to fix the damages they caused? Where were the parents of these YOUNG school aged children? Make them get out in the community and wear signs that say “I damaged property and use bad language”. Sounds like they need a good ole fashioned a** whippin’...

They’re not being made to clean it up???
