In this week's S.I., which hits stands tomorrow, the cover story is regarding the SEC and how it is the toughest conference in the nation. Writer John Ed Bradley, who's a former LSU player, takes an in depth look at the SEC.

It’s about time the SEC was given some recognition! We have been the “red-headed step-child” of the NCAA for too long! Thank you Sports Illustrated for giving credit where it has long been overdue.
