No not a race hater or any thing like that. Look at our founding fathers and the laws that prevailed though centuries.Read the Bible you will see these are the laws of the land. Our country and the constitution was based on the Bible. As far a demeaning my intellegence and abilty to write thats fine. Like i said have no problems living in my world. It is not based on grammer and does not come with spellcheck just real life where there is justice for all on a timely basis Straight out of the past or woods whatever.Make your jest and your folly but justice will be served,Maybe i will be chosen to set that jury.I guess you might call it poetic justice.

Alabama, what you condone sounds like you are one of those Arian Nation people. Are you?

If you are going to say that crimes are deterred by threat of capital punishment, I’d like to see the reference for research supporting this. I haven’t seen a single study that backs your vigilante stomp?

US, Cuba, UAE, Singapore, Iraq, China… what do we all have in common?

I’ve become bored with this topic.

I’ll leave outlaw with a final response. It speaks nothing of my character. When I was his friend he was nothing like what he has become. The devil made him do it? Hahaha fictional characters can hardly influence violent crimes. Perhaps those who created such an excuse for Human natures evil side had a part in it? Its like saying ” I saved that woman from the burning car wreck because It is what god taught me”.Where as I would save her because I’m a logical person, and logic would tell me that I could possibly help the woman. Your assumptions are quite a reach in trying to prove me a bad/dumb person.

Two wrongs don’t make a right.

Carl, an actual intelligent response. Much appreciated.

I never said he shouldn’t be sentenced accordingly, and if the death penalty is chosen in cases a faster process should be used. However, You choose history as the weapon for your argument?

Yes look back in history. I urge you. You can barely write.

Hey Darkly you got it part right backwoods fits the idiot doesn’t your choice of friends speaks of your character.I don’t see how a man could take life from his own mother.you say he’s not in his right mind,or the devil made him do it .I could give a ratsbutt, pay up. Eye for a eye ,if this violence doesn’t get quelled by our generation the civil war was a sqirmish compared to what is coming. Please everyone forgive my illeterate ramblings And just remember the nazi’s were not right in the mind either no excuse when it is self induced through the use of drugs.
What if everyone acted on their whims and cravings what a world this would be.I see everyday robbing ,raping, carjacking with guns, imagine the raping of a 80 something year old grandmother SICK yeah.Nothing a good case xx wouldn’t cure. Look back in history and you can find how they controlled crime.I might be all of the things you discribed me as but i am a good person, hick,But i can live in my world.Glad

I don’t think I would be for public executions but for faster methods to exhaust the appeals process. When you condemn someone to death it should be because there is no longer hope this person will ever be salvageable with out danger to other people.A person who would kill their mother,I believe would fall into that category, with few exceptions.Drugs or no drugs, the deed has been done and the cry for justice must be heard. The death penalty should be used only to ensure that this person will never have the opportunity to do it again and to serve justice for the victims, not as revenge.

Did I mention somewhere in my post that I had forgotten what the post was originally about Doc?
Yeah, a woman is dead, and that ripple in the puddle effected a lot of other people. I hope everything works out for them and they learn to cope with there loss. Comprehension was taught in Alabama when I still lived there, so I’m guessing you just deliberately misunderstood the statement.

Emotions aside?  Wasn’t an emotion based comment. I’m sorry but rather the punishment for murder be death by electric chair or by firing squad isn’t whats going to change someones emotions or urges in the heat of the moment. Having hangings in town square simply fulfills your own need to see another killed. Shall we leave their dead corpses in the street as well?? As a reminder to those who think evil thoughts.

It’s illogical to bring up kids an civilians on public executions. read statistics, crime in states that actually have public executions are higher then in America.

Idiocy.

Emotions aside, the violence that is taking place in the USA is completely unacceptable.  Personally I believe that people (criminals or potentional criminals) have no fear of what will happen to them if they act on their emotions, impulses or whatever.  Everytime you turn on the tv or the computer you see some horrific, senseless crime and the majority of the time it is domestic related and all comes down to the need for money.

As barbaric as it seems I have to believe that we as a society have to take back our country whether it be hangings in the town square or death by firing squad, SOMETHING has to be done to put fear back into the THUGS who are commiting these crimes.  I am not saying good people don’t turn bad in times of crisis but in the end YOU COMMIT THE CRIME YOU PAY THE PRICE…..  JMO

Everything works out for all involved?  Are you forgetting the woman is dead?  Stabbed to death in her own home!

In regards to Alabama outlaws most intelligent post…..

Illiteracy aside, your statement portrays your idiocy with a remarkable accuracy. I suppose its ok to have public executions in America so long as its by “Gods” terms, yes? This isn’t a 3rd world country you backwoods idiot.

Kay was a nice woman. Josh was always a great friend to me, better then some that still are my friends. He can’t be in a right state of mind, obviously. Hopefully, everything works out for all the members involved.

And just think our tax dollars will be used to defend and feed their worthless butts.Build a gallows in the square downtown and set a Saturday date for them to met the hangman ,I’d go watch and have a good feeling it would get some of these Gangsters and idiots attention.Let God sort them out.
