A Satsuma man has been arrested and charged in the hit and run death of a teenager.
Alabama State Troopers say Kenneth Musgrove was walking along Rangeline Road on August 14 when he was hit from behind by a vehicle. A friend, who was walking with Musgrove, told troopers it was a light colored van, pickup or SUV. Musgrove died a few days later.
Friday afternoon, authorities arrested 20 year old Ivan Black. He's being charged with leaving the scene of an accident with death. It is a felony. Troopers have impounded his tan Ford Explorer. Investigators believe it is the vehicle involved in the fatal hit and run.
