It was a lovely day for a yard sale or rummage sale. That's exactly what the folks at Heritage Church in Rosinton did. The small rural congregation held a plant and rummage sale today. Their parking lot was filled with flowers and other ornamental plants for purchase. Church members are trying to raise money for a new kitchen.

“We're hoping to raise about $2,400 but we're not sure, it just depends we have a yard sale on the outside and plant sale on the inside,” says Church member Pat Rowland. Rowland says their church never borrows money for projects. She says they've always been able to get by with fundraisers.
