Wow. I just looked up that song to see what you were talking about, and realized it only has two 4-line verses and the other 5 minutes of the song is a repeating CHORUS. Talk about “qualtiy writing”!

“She lays down on the fresh lawn
She can make everything magical
But she tied one on big time
And it makes me want to rewind”
“She lays down on the sidewalk
Never very analytical
She is something simply beautiful
Reappear with youth and magical”

I like that psycho song by puddle of mudd smile

My goodness, what did they do, form bands in the metro jail to save money?

Yeah, so far it doesn’t look like I’ll be going! I enjoyed Blue Oyster Cult and Joan Jett last year, though!

I think the Bayfest promotors cannot find any decent acts. Looks like they are settling for what they can get. I am not in my teens. I have never heard of these acts. And no, I stopped listening to TK101 every since the DJs began acting like a bunch of Howard Stern “want to be"s.
If Bayfest wants to draw a crowd of Middle Age folks that have money to spend, they need to come up with some worth while acts. If not, they need to warn the vendors to go from $4.00 tall boys and $8.00 PoBoys to 50 cent snow cones 25 cent bags of pop corn.

There’s nothing that says “Celebrate Music In Mobile” like a band that became famous with a song about being strung out on COCAINE.

“I’m on a plane, with cocaine
And yes I’m all lit up again
Cough up love, and touch up
Your mama said packing lines is sin

And yes I’m all lit up again
On the couch, in my bed
And yes I’m all, lit up again, flying
I love the cocaine, I love the cocaine
Mama can you wait, mama can you wait, yeah”
-Buckcherry “Lit Up”
