The Mobile County Sheriff's Office says they have caught a man who was ripping off elderly men and women. We first told you about the search for Tommy Moore yesterday on News 5. Sheriff's Deputies found Moore around 10:30 Wednesday night at a home on Garden Grove Drive in Theodore. Deputies say an anonymous tipster told them where to find him. Moore is charged with theft in connection with a roofing scam they say targeted the elderly. Moore is also facing drug charges. Deputies say when they arrested Moore, they also found a large amount of marijuana.
