I agree doug.. cops do not care for the people they care about their ego’s and who’s got the biggest gun… I’m sure there are still good ones out there… I hope that mobile county can find more good police officers…
Oh, and another article I read stated that the MOTHER and the victim identified this man as the rapists. Go figure. Maybe mother’s wrath would have been better than letting the police attempt to handle it.Then we would have a either 2 dead people,or one dead and one in jail for murder(the mother of the child).
To clarify-not saying prostitutes CAN’T be raped…
No….sometimes it’s not worth arguing with people who are always going to see the cops in the wrong and the thug as a saint.Soooooo, dude fired first, and you are still looking to defend him. Soooo,15 year old is pregnant, questionable at best as to who the baby’s daddy is-DNA will prove that. At 15,why would you need to LIE that a relative raped you to cover up a pregnancy? Wouldn’t it be much easier to say you were out with your girls, and someone slipped something in your drink and you have no idea who knocked you up? Unless the 17 year old was there, and can prove this child wasn’t raped, then I question his authority on the matter also. Now,if the girl has suddenly said she lied-that is a different story. She will face filing a false police report charge, plus dealing with the fact that her “lie” caused the death of this man. Personally, I beleive she is telling the truth. I feel confident that the investigators who saw her AT THE HOSPITAL,before EVER going to the residence, had enough evidence to believe her. Ya know, I used to work the ER-it is easy to “cry” rape (prostitutes)-but there is a difference in an allegation and a real case. I doubt the officers would have gone out, that time of night (one had to be called in from home,I bet-the detective)-on just an ALLEGATION.It could have waited until the next morning if that was the case. Keep defending the criminal though, and I hope it is never you that is a victim. I’m through here…
Thats the American way. If they see the cops were wrong they look for another Post.
You are right the cops that killed this man in his home will be back at work soon. They should have to serve his time for the crime he didn’t do.
any one there to talk to .i have something to say when i said i talked to the 17 year old he said that the suspect his dad did shot first..but there was no rape. the 15 year old is pregnate and did not want to dill with dad .now what do we do about this.and my ? why did he shot first .but if i think about it i know .it was his home and they forced ther way in with no warrent.he lost his life for his mistake what will the officers lose for theres probably nothing
do like i did talk to the 17 year old that opened the door
There are plenty of ways that this could have happened.
You can’t say who fired first any more than I can. Not having holes in the door doesn’t mean anything either.
By that logic there should be holes in the door from the cop’s guns. If the door was open enough for to see through, then it’s open enough for a bullet to pass.
From what I’ve heard deceased fired more rounds than both Officers put together. He shot at least what 3 to 4 times? The Officers fired once each?
It seems that he got the drop and them and got off a couple of rounds before they could shoot their first shot.
Otherwise if Police fired first, I’d expect them to continue firing as long as the guy is in sight. Especially if he’s shooting back.
How can 1 man shoot more than two trained Officers if he didn’t shoot first? Of course it’s possible, but from everything I’ve heard it seems he fired on police first. At least it’s more likely than the cops just shooting from the start.
i,m back if he fired first there would be holes in the door the cop said he only put his foot in the door if that were true there is no way they could have shot him or him shot them these cops forced the door open in my opinion than saw him take a step down from the top stairs saw his gun in his waistband shot him and because he was already shot was the only reason the cop has shrapnel in his foot instead of his head or chest these guys were judge jury prosecutor and sentencer this man 17 year old son got grazed in the arm runing out the back door and if you know these stairs you know it was not from his dads gun. these cops are just like most of you i see the suspect is guilty guilty guilty untill proven innocent and that is not the law or good police work
I agree that some police go out of their way to be nice in fact most do, but not all. Some cops treat some people better than others, are nice to some people and hateful with others.
Some cops know the law and go by it, others take the law in their own hands.
Most are good. Like my D.I. at Paris Isl. said it is the 10% that make it tough on the 90%.
