Power Outage At The Poll

Alabama Barack Obama  Voters at the Carver Recreation Center in Evergreen are casting their ballots in the dark thanks to a squirrel.

Voters at the Carver Recreation Center in Evergreen are casting their ballots in the dark.

According to the Connecuh County Probate Office, a squirrel got caught in a power substation, causing the blackout. However, the rec center is still open and people are still being allowed to vote.

Power crews hope to have the lights turned back on by noon.

Well, the truth is I sent the squirrel up there cause my sister lives there and she didn’t vote today. That was the squirrel and my protest statement.

I see BFA’s squirrel took the campaigning to new heights today.I bet BFA put it up to it! The squirrel said it shouldn’t make much difference anyway,most people are in the dark on who they should vote for today.I hear it shouted “THE CRUSADES WERE RIGHT” as it flung it self on to wires and brought night to day.cheese
