Mobile police are looking for two people they say intentionally ran over a man in front of the Wal-Mart on I-65 and then left the scene.

Take a look at the man and woman spot shadowed in the surveillance photo on the right. Police say both of them were in a white/beige colored Chevrolet Impala around 10:15 Monday night when it hit a man on Emogene Street and then took off.

The victim was was transported to USA Medical Center where he was listed in critical condition.

The hit and run suspects are described as:
- White male, 5’10”- 6’0”, with tattoos on both arms and short, dark hair
- White female, 5’4”-5’6”, with a thin build and shoulder-length brown hair

I doubt anyone will pulling anything of Wal-mart’s unless it’s their hand to thank them for what they provide the Mobile community: the best priced store in town and stocked with everything a shopper could want. Yeah, it’s popular to rag on Wal-Mart, I mean it’s really sad they have such strong buying power and can offer very low prices. Yeah, I’d much rather go to Target or some small mom and pop who are paying outrageous rent and buy the same items from them at higher prices, just to say “I support Mom and Pop.” Time for the boo-hoo story about how badly WM treats it’s employees. I’m sure WM is getting rich charging 67 cents for the same hot dogs other stores charge three times as much. Biz is booming at Wally’s that’s for sure.
