Picture Of Manhunt Suspect Released

Alabama Mobile Police say this is the man who stole a car from Mobile lead them on a chase and then ditched the car sparking a 6 hour manhunt. He's still on the run.

Police say this is the man who stole a car from Mobile, lead Fairhope police on a chase and then ditched the car, sparking a 6 hour manhunt.

Keith Kiel, also known as "Fool," is still on the run. Police say he stole a silver, Impala from a used car lot in Mobile. A GPS system picked it up in Fairhope Tuesday morning. That's where the chase started. It ended between Silverhill and Robertsdale on Highway 104 near the Coca Cola distribution plant.

Four police departments, the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office, tracking dogs and a State Trooper helicopter searched the area for six hours before calling off the manhunt.

News 5 initially reported the suspect was a white male, wearing a gray t-shirt, blue jeans and boots, based on information from police. As you can see from the mugshot, Kiel is not a white male.

If you see Kiel or know where to find him, call 911. Police say he is considered armed and dangerous.

as this all happened a mile from my home and we listened to the police scanner and talked to deputies patrolling our road..it would have been easier to find him had the police had a good description to go by instead of not knowing what the guy looked like….
