Pick-up Truck Crushed, Driver Killed In Head On Crash

Alabama Crash  State Troopers say 55 year old William Hayner of Irvington crossed the center line on Hwy 188 in Grand Bay and was hit head on by an 18-wheeler.

An Irvington man was killed and his pick-up truck crushed when he hit an 18-wheeler head on.

State Troopers say 55-year-old William Hayner crossed the center line on Hwy 188 in Grand Bay around 3:00 a.m. Tuesday. His Ford F-150 ran into a 2007 Freightliner.

The wreck remains under investigation.
