
Stankoski would not talk to reporters about the case and his client's possible involvement. The Fairhope attorney told News 5 he would make a statement when autopsy results are finalized. MacDonald has "not" been arrested or charged in the case and has "not" officially been named a suspect in Brianna's murder.
News 5 has also learned MacDonald was suspended from his job at a body and paint shop in Fairhope. The owner of Fairhope Body and Paint would not talk to News 5 but did confirmed MacDonald will be suspended indefinitely.
The Daphne Police Department did not talk to reporters Tuesday. News 5 made several attempts to contact detectives, but nobody returned our phone calls.
On Tuesday, fresh flowers in memory of Brianna Parish, were placed on Main Street near the murder scene.
