MOBILE COUNTY, Alabama - Alabama state troopers are seeking the assistance of the public in locating a vehicle that struck and injured a pedestrian on Lott Road, and then left the scene. The incident occurred at approximately 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, between Ashland Hills Court and Joe Ching Road. It was reported by a passerby who spotted the injured pedestrian on the shoulder of Lott Road. Troopers are looking for a Dodge Ram pickup truck, 1500 to 3500 series, unknown color, with damage to the right side.
The victim has been identified as James Henry Braswell, 44, of Semmes. Mr. Braswell is currently at USA Medical Center with severe injuries.
Troopers ask anyone with information regarding the wreck to contact the Alabama Highway Patrol at 251-660-2300.
