Mobile Police Grand Prix A robbery suspect is on the run after Mobile Police say he robbed a package store at gunpoint.

Mobile Police are looking for a robbery suspect that held up a clerk at gunpoint. Authorities say a black male walked into the St. Stephens Square Store on St. Stephens road around 7 Sunday night. Police say that is when the man pulled out a gun and demanded money. Witnesses say the man opened fire in the store, but police say no injuries were reported. The man got away with the money, but it is not clear exactly how much.

Mobile Police say the man fled the store in a light blue Pontiac Grand Prix. If you know any information about this case please call Mobile Police.

Yes that is true rms. Then again, you do hear about people in small communities being too afraid of the blacklash from speaking to authorities about crimes or suspects that things like this tend to go unresolved. Let’s hope this isn’t the case here!

Glad no one was hurt. Good thing about communities…in any community-there are more good people than bad, and the good one’s don’t want the bad ones there. It’ll resolve in a few days.

I’ll never understand why these guys end up robbing their own neighborhoods. This might not be the case here, but it happens a lot.
