DAPHNE, Ala. (AP) - A judge in Baldwin County has denied bond
for a man charged with capital murder in the death of a young woman
killed in Daphne last month.
The defense requested bond for Troy MacDonald during a hearing
on Wednesday, but the judge refused. A preliminary hearing will be
held in January.
The 43-year-old Daphne man faces a possible death penalty if
convicted in the slaying of 21-year-old Brianna Parish. Authorities
say she was found dead two days after disappearing from a bar in
November.
Authorities named MacDonald a person of interest in the case
shortly after the slaying, and police arrested him on Monday.

iloveyoubri can you send me a private message where Bri is burried thanks

Wow!  I hope not for the family sake.. thanks for the info

I heard from a relative of Bobby Wilson that Baldwin County courts only do (2) capital murder cases per year. I don’t know that this is a fact but if so, I pray it gets put on the front burner. Bobby Wilson’s trial is supposed to go before a jury next month.

It is almost a constant thought in my mind. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the Parish family. It will really be hard during the trial, but God is sufficient to meet the needs..

day by day.  that’s all we can do.  waiting to see what’s going to happen with this whole trial thing.  I hope it’s quick.  I’ll never bring our Bri back, but it’ll make sure that the man who did these horrible things to her gets what’s coming to him.  Nobody deserves to have what happened to bri happen to them.  Thanks for asking.

WKRG carried it earlier in the week I just missed it..thanks   How is the family?

Gotcha.  Where did you get that info???

I just found out it is January 29 at 9am

No, I don’t, but I’ll give her mom a call tonight and see if I can find something out for everyone.

iloveyoubri do you know when the next court appearance schedule for Troy Macdonald?...
