Former Judge Herman Thomas talks for the first time since his arrest on a 57 count indictment accusing him of paddling inmates and forcing them to perform sexual acts in exchange for leniency.

Thomas talked exclusively to News Five's Jessica Taloney about why he says the allegations are false and the affect the investigation has had on his family.

They all appeal to the wife for support, knowing when they end up in jail the wife will end up with the money and they don’t want to end up with nothing upon their release.  Look at Kobe, he bought some ridicules costing ring for his wife after the rape accusations came out.  Why?  Because he knew she was getting half or more when the divorce was over.  Innocent or not he placed himself in a position to be accused and he needed to convince/bribe his wife to stay with him.

What if the inmates were Gitmo detainees? What if he went down to Cuba and mentored the terrorist? Does American young black male inmates have less rights than terrorist? Would the State Department ignore this if he was doing this to terrorist detainees? 9 different inmates testified he was abusing them, swapping jail time and leniency for sex. Not one, not two but nine people. Pee Wee is a perverted homo and not fit to walk the streets.

Time and time again we see politicians get into these crazy situations and the first thing they do is drag their wives in front of the cameras. That just makes it worse in my opinion.  They should at least try to show a little respect for their family members and not drag them onto the stage for selfish reasons.

The big picture here is this sick scum was a JUDGE!!!!  This is the same guy we put our lives in the hand of.  I think all judges should be investigated for any wrong doing after what this sicko has done to these inmates.  It is sad that he can sit there and point blank LIE to everyone in the state about what he has done and do it under oath.  What is his wife thinking holding on to his arm?  Mine would have already broke mine off and killed me with it.  All you that gathered in support of this man also showed your ignorance in full COLOR.  It amazes me how y’all take each others side no matter what the evidence shows.  Pull your head out of each others rear, PLEASE!!!!

If it was one disgruntled metro inmate, the former judge might deserve the benefit of doubt.  But, when you have 9 guys saying they were victimized by this creep, one has to pay attention.

Plus, others at Govt. Plaza and metro jail knew the judge was checking these inmates out of the jail for weekend excursions.  There is more than just a little smoke leading to this fire!

At this moment, there are 57 reasons why Herman Thomas should appear in court.  The things that he is doing out in the public eye are publicity stunts to try to sway potential jurors minds and opinions.  There are no color issues here, because none are part of the things that he is charged with.  He is being treated just as anyone else would be if they were indicted for a crime. Why people defend him without knowing what actually happened behind closed doors (out of the public’s view), is beyond me. There have been many cases where people could not believe that a certain person could be guity of a crime because he/she was such a good person and they ‘knew them well’. The city attorney thinks that there is enough evidence against Herman Thomas to warrant a trial. Both sides will have to present evidence to prove or disprove the charges. Racism is no defense for these charges. Cowboy has to think of something else.

Only one person knows the truth?  What about Thomas and those 9 guys with red hineys and zipper cuts on their lips?

It still saddens me that all still believe convicts and thugs…before they have even went to court.  Only one person knows the truth..He is the only one that can judge the judge.  One day we all stand before him regardless what we do here on earth.

If the paddle don’t fit…..

This guy admits having three paddles, but none of them were found in his office?  Just how many grown men keep a few paddles lying around?  That’s a new one to me.

If you read any of my previous posts you will see in no way do I believe this man is innocent but have to correct something.  When you work for the State and have been vested and qualify for retirement, you may retire at any time- which he did.  He did resign his elected position before term but did correctly retire and is receiving his pension.  I don’t know if judges pensions are protected though if convicted of a felony.  The State may take it away but am sure they had it passed in legislature somehow that judges can keep theirs.  I speak from experience as I worked for the system for 13 years.
