There are new developments in the Kenny Stabler D.U.I. case. News 5 has learned Robertsdale Judge Julian Bracken will recuse himself by the end of the week. A source close to the investigation says Bracken will officially step down in hearing the case on Friday. Sources also say the trial could be postponed and moved to another location outside Robertsdale. Since Stabler's D.U.I. arrest in June, two prosecutors have stepped down, citing conflicts of interest. The Snake announced last month that he's taking a leave of absence from the University of Alabama football broadcast booth to deal with matters in his personal life. The Robertsdale Police Department has refused to release dash-cam video of Stabler's D.U.I. arrest to the media following a judge's order.
