A Chatom man whose wife is accused of trying to poison him with a horse pain killer could be in big trouble himself.

When Marti Beech was arrested last September, she claimed her husband, Bo Beech, physically and emotionally abused her, but News Five has learned the Washington County Sheriff's Office is also investigating Bo Beech on claims of sexual abuse involving a child younger than sixteen.

"There are some pretty serious charges that could be brought forth," said Chief Terry Beasley, who says the allegations appear to be credible. "We've interviewed some folks, and we're trying to gather all the evidence."

Beasley says some of the evidence has been sent to Mobile for evaluation, and he believes charges against Bo could be filed within the next two weeks.

Meanwhile, Marti Beech's conspiracy to commit murder case is moving forward. Last month a Washington County grand jury indicted the mother of six for allegedly plotting to inject a horse pain killer in her husband's IV while he was hospitalized last September.

Marti Beech is expected to be back in court April 7th.

I do know that the mother and kids are doing great and she had a wonderful Mothers Day. We all love you honey

As far as I know I dont think so, But I can find out and let everyone know.

Is there any new reports on the case of James Bo beech?

Wait4me, you have hit the head on the nail!  You are right.  I did post a couple of the details that you mentioned.  It certainly was not for my gratification because there is none in this case for me.  I posted at the request of two of the abused.  They are children and want people to know that adults don’t always tell the truth and that they are not lying.  They fear for others who are in this family.  They are little old adults.

The 16 year old blames herself for what happened after she accused the father of sexual abuse.  Little did she know that he had already abused the others.  She has seen her brothers and sister and they all want people to know that they are not lying like a few say.  Part of these postings are to warn other parents to check with their children and ask questions so that they are kept safe, and if it is too late, get professional help and call the authorities.

Its great for everyone to know the truth, but in my opinion they dont need the “dirty” details that some on here have posted, thats the main point I was trying to make. Those “dirty” details are best for a private counseler and the kids.  And of course a closed court session.

Sweetheart, I am glad you are explaining this to your children in a way they can understand and cope.  You stated how your children have come home telling you about things other kids and even adults have said that upset the children, this statement sort of makes the point I was trying to make.  I do not, now remember this is my opinion, believe all the comments on here are in the best interest of the kids, nor do I believe that it is necessary to make derogatory comments about Bo or Marti, for the sake of the kids.  The majority of the comments should have been made by PM (private message) rather than in open statements for all to read.  Some are on here for nothing more than their own gratification and to gain as much gossip about the family as they can.  Do this make sense?

Wait4me, I appreciate you asking these serious questions. So many never think further than their own front porch.  It is not only the children who have come forward with stories of abuse by the Beech family.  An abused person read the early posts and realized that he and his sister was abused by this same individual. He contacted the family and asked to tell his story.  He has been an encouragement to the children now that they know they are not the only ones.  Others are coming forward too.  The children have all expressed a desire that no other children go through what they have.  Yes, it is sad that a few adults and some children are so short minded and without compassion.  For the most part, everyone who has heard the children’s accounts has been more than supportive.  I am not affiliated with this family other than involvment with the children.  They are glad that people finally know the truth.

wait 4 me, I must respond to your question about the parents of children who are friends with these children. I am one of these parents. I read these posts to keep up with how the children are doing and I encourage my children to be more understanding and supportive of these children. My children have come home telling me about how other people (including adults) are saying things about this situation that understandably upset the Beech children. BTW, my children have come close to getting in fights defending these precious little ones. Though my children will NEVER be around Bo again, they are welcome to visit the children at Marti’s home, and Marti and the children are welcome in my home at ANY time.

Liberty? you can sit here for days with these guys and not see it? Jeff Foxworthy will have a few thing to say about you. fist 150 post but man, talk about beating a dead horse.
