it seems like mister tyson did the right thing. its a personnel matter, and it cant be discussed. the public is owed nothing at this point and mr giardinni is entitiled tohis privacy. after whatever evidence is reviewed it will be deternined by the appropreiate authorities whether or not it rises to the level to warrent charges. till then its up the giardinna as to whether or not to discuss it but wither way ts not really mister tysons perrogotive to until its resolved and the investigation is complete.

I bet if we knew the whole story we would find that Tyson probably went too far trying to cut Hermie a break two years ago.  The thanks he gets is being called a racist by Clarke and Gardner.

I am all for people getting punished for crimes committed, but I am a little tired of the NAACP always yelling racism if they don’t like something. (for example:  the Azalea Trail Maids)  I have always tried to accept people regardless of race and judge them by actions.  A crook is a crook it doesn’t matter what race they are to me.

The NAACP is nothing but a bunch of cry babies.  The only time we here any comments from them is when someone is being prosecuted for breaking the law.  In my opinion the NAACP is an outdated organization that no longer needs to be in place.  I could see the use if they did something besides try to help out criminals.  It is evident that race is no longer an issue as we have elected the first black president into office.  If you are going to stand up for people, stand up for the ones that are trying to make a positive difference, not a judge that likes little boys.  What does the NAACP do for our community?

The real issues are the abuse of power, sexual abuse, kidnapping, extortion and sodomy. However, the defense is attempting to divert the public’s attention to an issue they have conjured up, racism. It is an interesting argument and one that has been proven to work in the past. All we need to do is look to the O.J. Simpson case as an example.
Jimmie Gardner should be ashamed of his recent actions. He is attempting to incite the people on the behalf of Herman Thomas and his defense attorneys. To accuse a man of racism without evidence for political reasons is deplorable. This is why I am asking Jimmie Gardner to resign his post as leader of the NAACP Mobile Chapter.

Giardini worked beside Tyson in his office…so why in the world would you want to tell the right hand what the left hand is doing?  Thats not how investigations work.  Should a swat team tell the neighbors that they are going to raid the house next door? No!  Just doesn’t work that way.  The fbi did the right thing.  I have a case pending in the cac and I am completely interested in why he resigned…the truth will show.  What doesn’t come out in the wash will certainly come out in the rinse and we are still in the wash cycle.  Be patient, the rinse is about to start.

Not really. What is not understood at this point is how investigations take place.  Your parents didn’t punish you without investigating what you did….all I’m saying is before someone writes a check that they clearly can’t cash, then they need to make a deposit first.  Jimmy Gardner is not the kind of person that needs to be in front of cameras making demands when theres corruption in his house…My point is since Tyson is doing his job, add him to the list.  There are a lot of things that he has had his hands in which are now dirty.  It takes a stand up guy to make demands as powerful as suggesting that the DA resign.  These people have brought this fight to their house, not the other way around.  When the evidence shows its ugly face, then you will know the truth.  There are over 50 felonies being accused…not 1 or 2…50. Watch the evidence and watch what Jimmy Gardner does when it happens…it will be pretty interesting.

Maybe Tyson should investigate Mr. Jimmie Gardner then hold a press conference and tell everyone every little thing about the guy just for the fun of it.

No need to arrest the guy and charge him with something.  Just go ahead and reveal every little detail (accurate, or not) of the guy’s life that might be on file somewhere…..
