Motion To Dismiss Murder Charges Denied

Alabama Spanish Fort BREAKING NEWS A Baldwin County judge denies a motion to dismiss the murder charges against Eric Buzbee in the beating death of Bobby Wilson.

BAY MINETTE, Alabama - A Baldwin County judge has denied a motion to dismiss the charges against Eric Buzbee.

Buzbee is charged with murder in the 2007 death of Bobby Wilson who was beaten and robbed at his Texaco service station in Spanish Fort.

After the first two trials ended in a mistrial, Buzbee's attorney field a motion to dismiss the charges on the on the basis of double jeopardy.

Jury selection in the third trial begins Monday. Opening arguments are expected to begin Thursday.

Is there not enough evidence to convict the guy or is this a case of the gool ol’ boys sticking together once again (wasting taxpayer money). You know, it does go on. Just asking.

Yea…...this is gett’in old…..TIME FOR A CONVICTION. Wonder what tricks his lawyer will use to get the next mistrial. Mr. Wilson was savagely beaten for revenge, then robbed. Just what a crackhead does when told “no”. This drug makes you do stupid things….and the right person was using it.
