BAY MINETTE, Alabama - A Baldwin County judge has denied a motion to dismiss the charges against Eric Buzbee.Buzbee is charged with murder in the 2007 death of Bobby Wilson who was beaten and robbed at his Texaco service station in Spanish Fort.
After the first two trials ended in a mistrial, Buzbee's attorney field a motion to dismiss the charges on the on the basis of double jeopardy.
Jury selection in the third trial begins Monday. Opening arguments are expected to begin Thursday.
