More charges could be filed Wednesday against a Missouri man accused of kidnapping a woman. Scott Stillwell is behind bars in the Baldwin County Jail. Stillwell, who is from Hartville, Missouri, is accused of kidnapping a 29 year old woman. Stillwell was arrested at Love's Travel Stop in Loxley. A woman told News 5 she saw the suspect and victim together at the truck stop. She says "basically, he took her inside, purchased a couple of things, he comes back outside and next thing you know, here he comes running back inside, just about knocks you over and then they take and caught him right there in the aisle, tell him not to move or anything." The woman's name hasn't been released, but deputies say she's probably traveled in and out of Alabama several times while she was kidnapped.
