Did you hear the mayor on the news last night?  The man can’t even speak using proper grammar…

Mobile needs help.  Mobile has a mayor that knows not what he is doing or doesnt care.  Probably a lot of both.  The police are led by him so thats that.  Its time for the people to take matters into their own hands.  Do not wait for an election, you may not live that long.

I’m shocked, I tell you shocked that there was yet another shooting on the outskirts of Prichard.

No motive has been established according to the article.

You can bet it over one of those famed “disputes”, over a skanky woman, or a drug deal gone bad.

I sleep soundly at night knowing crime rate in Mobile is so low.

The way I understood the FBI report was that Mobile had 16 murders per 100,000 people. Metro and county are around what..300,000 which is around 50 people for the year 2008. How many of those were NOT drug related or retaliatory? We haven’t lost control yet. Just be aware and vigilant. Keep an eye on your neighbor and vice versa. I live off DIP and have black and white neighbors and we all look out for each other. No crime here.

Hummmm, we see articles like this and the Mayor thinks he can tell us we are not 3rd on the list for nation wide murders. Mr. Mayor you might want to look at our city and see whats really going on.

Please do not blame this on the economy, the economy does not make someone pick a gun or any other object and use it.

I have to agree with RandyL. Well, actually all of you. Looks like Mobile has become an extention of Pritchard! The problem is that people don’t seem to think before they vote weather it be for the city or the Nation. Cities as well as countries all reflect from leadership. If people don’t stand up and take our cities and country back, well I think we all know what our kids future will hold.

I live in Mobile county but I do all my shopping across the bay.  I know that some accuse me of not supporting Mobile, but I am more concerned about my safty than I am about Mobile’s revenue.  Do something about the crime and I will shop local.

Mr. mayor, you haven’t been in office much longer than Obama and everything has gone to he## in a hand basket Please step down and allow someone that is capable to take over.

Yep,  Crime is at an all time low.  Not only isn’t he capable, he can’t tell the truth….

I think some of it is the revolving door of the court systems. I also think that if you look at the crimes, most are NOT “random” crimes, but related to drugs, gangs, etc. It seems to be a lot of the same ones arrested over and over again.Or ones that have a “lesser” history to start with, then progress to more violent crimes. Just like this shooting-that is Roger Williams-there are good people there, but that particular address area is known for drug dealers.Yet,the police, patrol as they might-have to catch them dealing-because you can’t randomly search someone for just standing there-it would be profiling.

Just tells me not to listen to the mayor. Who said Crime is down and at an all time low. I guess its legal if its the only way to get votes.
