One less thug on the streets of Mobile this morning. Good job MPD! I would tell everyone to look deeper into statistics. Numbers can be skewed to look anyway you want. You can look at the MPD website and get a complete breakdown of crime in the city,even to the point of which races are affected most by which crimes. These are rarely “random” crimes, and mostly isolated to certain areas, and certain lifestyles.jmo of course

Mobile looks like it is well on its way to becoming like Birmingham, Chicago, New York, and Miami.  The crime rate is increasing, while the local tax-base is falling apart due to people leaving for safer places.  If Mobile gets to absorb Prichard, then not only will it have a better improved higher crime rating, but they can work towards becoming number one in numbers of black crimes compared to the other fifty states, too.  They are already number three in the nation ahead of many thousands of other cities in the fifty states in terms of highest murder count. The FBI doesn’t pinpoint individual cities because they don’t want people to know the truth about predominately black ones since that might make them be called racist, so they don’t.  But that does not stop people that are shopping for a new home from checking this important fact out when they look at a city.  The safety of a city and the ethnic makeup are quite important to most people.  A city with very little crime, great neighborhoods, well-maintained streets and highways, low taxes, and great schools are key selling points for people on the lookout for a new home city. Sadly, Mobile fails on every one of these selling points, and the city leaders don’t care about this - money making schemes (can anybody say Moonpie! Moonpie!)take priority. Crime also takes a backseat to bringing in potential millions of dollars into the city (maybe they can buy a cruise ship and lease it?). JMO

What in the heck does all of this senseless rambling have to do with the murder rate in Mobile.  It would appear as if all of you (this page at least) are just bloggers, and are not concerned with the safety of the city.  VOTE OUT THE JUDGES, SET ASIDE MORE MONEY FOR THE ELECTRICITY BILL FOR THE ELECTRIC CHAIR, AND QUIT LETTING CRIMINALS OUT OF JAIL TO COMMIT MULTIPLE CRIMES UNITL THEY KILL SOMEONE.  It doesn’t take a college degree, lawyer, or a politician to explain to me my right to life and to protect the same.

Actually SEEK a marriage license creates what is called a Nexus, or link to the federal enclave which strenghtens their case that you desire to be in it. A birth Certificate, Social Security #, voter registration, federal scholarships,or loans even from the federal credit union. Food Stamps,a license plate,vehicle registration. All of these things place you into the federal zone. You can get out though. There are steps to reclaiming your sovereign state Citizenship. Takes a lil time but it can be done. First things first. The only thing of value that you possess is your signature, that’s it period. becasue it is the one thing that allows you to enter contracts , or joinery with creditors. Powerful item your signature! So anytime you sign your name on anything,creditcard receipt anything, you need to print above it clearly ALL RIGHTS RESERVED UCC 1-207,1-103 . Now what this does is protects your rights under the UCC because as the strawman goes he doesn’t have any rights unless he asserts them. That is how to assert them. Do the research and good luck.

too funny! SEEK way funny! By joinery I mean contract with any other fiction. A flesh and blood man /woman cannot enter into a contract with a fictional entity. Example try to work out a contract to mow your lawn with some one on television who is playing character. Can’t be done mate. So someone has to be the representative of the fiction. If the STATE claims to be an injured party in a criminal case then the STATE must allege that a personal injury fairly traceable to the defendant’s allegedly unlawful conduct has occured in order to establish standing, which is a necessary component of subject matter jurisdiction and the alleged violation is let’s say driving while license suspended a criminal misdemeanor, how has the STATE been injured in this act? Where is the evidence of the complaining party? The STATE must allege a PERSONAL injury. If the STATE is a body politic there can be no PERSONAL injury because the STATE would represent the political body and not the individual because no man ,or woman were injured. What was the mechanism of injury sustained. See Allen v Wright,468 U.S. 737,751 (1984) ” The plantiff MUST allege a PERSONAL injury to have standing.” This is a US Supreme Court citation and findings.
