The police chief in Harpersville, Alabama, where Marcus Schrenker was last seen, says the missing pilot could be anywhere.

Chief David Latimer says there's no reason to believe Schrenker is still in Alabama. In fact, he doesn't believe Schrenker is even in the United States anymore.

Schrenker's decision to bail out of his plane over north Alabama was no coincidence. Police say he stashed a red motorcycle at a storage unit in Harpersville. The bike is now gone and his wet clothes were left behind.
