I was married to Chuck for six years.  I am in Arizona unable to be with my children in Alabama. Chuck has always been a precious part of my son and daughters life.  He never touched drugs and he belonged to a beautiful family who are devestated at the loss.  It is unspeakable to imagine that he is gone.  My kids were with him for the summer break.  I will always love Chuck for being exactly who he was.  Please pray for all of us.

so sad. i feel so sorry for the little girl who was obviously a daddy’s girl. my prayers are with this family.

oh by the way chuck was never a drug user so just because he was out at this establishment in the area known for drugs then those that are thinking in that matter forget it, he was a hard working person.

Im afriend of Chuck and his family, it’s a disgrace on how someone could take this man’s life. Chuck was a good father to his kids now that he’s gone they are hurt and distraught. I hope that justice will be on the family side and give this cracked out, no remorse s.o.b for a human life what he just deserves. May the family of Chuck be strong and let God be there for them.

I hope they catch the person responsible quickly. This poor family. My thoughts and prayers are with them.

No, Dew.  There is no record here.  I assume he could have been caught up in drugs and never been caught, but highly unlikely.  Too soon to say for sure though.  The suspicious factor just would have been that this was out of his character to not come home and there is no telling what the witnesses at the bar may have seen or heard.  Maybe the police found some “suspicious” evidence in the parking lot.  Who knows right now.  Just sad story for that little girl.

And that precious little girl that was sitting on here grandmothers lap during the interview who said “He’s my daddy”.  I feel so bad for her and her entire family during this sad time.  My thoughts are with them all.

What’s the deal? Was he a known drug addict or what? The Citronelle Police were awfully quick to say his disappearance was “suspicious” !

This is just terrible.  I had hoped he would turn up alive somewhere.
