B Cup, I’m sorry for you and your family, but I’m not sorry for your sisters predicament.  She chose that lifestyle.

And I’m tired of my tax dollars needing to be used to convict, house, feed, and rehabilitate habitual criminals.  There are many more deserving uses/users for that same money.

Many third world countries have a simple solution.

The penality for making meth is jail. Not rehab. When she made the decision to make meth then she also made the decision to suffer the consequences when she got caught. If you don’t think she should serve time in jail then get moving on changing the laws to legalize the manufacture of meth.
