Man Struck By Vehicle

Broad Street Crown Victoria A man is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle as he was crossing a street.

Around 5:45 Thursday evening 47-year-old Horrace Salter was crossing Broad St. at Gorgas St. when he was struck by a 1997 green Crown Victoria according to Mobile Police. The vehicle was being driven by 18-year-old Ladarrion Blackman. Mobile Police believe Salter stepped into traffic and in front of Blackman’s vehicle. Blackman has not been charged with a crime but was given a citation for no insurance.
Salter is at USA Medical Center.

Why do you think they are riding around with no insrance?Because they don’t have to.Yank their tags and their license,and you get it back when you bring insurance.And don’t let them drive off.Walk,or get someone to come pick you up.
