He was a father and husband. But, Joseph Henderson Jr. was murdered. Now, the Mobile County Sheriff's Office says they've caught the man responsible. The Sheriff's Office says Joseph Sowell has been charged with Henderson's murder. Henderson was shot Friday night in front of his Chunchula home on Wilda Road. He leaves behind a wife and four children who miss their father, "I wanted to say that I love my Daddy and I hate that he's gone, and I want him back," said Henderson's daughter, Deveny Henderson. Mobile County Sheriff Sam Cochran says Henderson and Sowell knew each other and we're related through marriage. The Sheriff says Henderson had asked Sowell to leave his property Friday and had armed himself with a gun. The Sheriff's says there was a struggle and authorities believe Sowell fired a handgun killing Henderson.
