A construction worker is in critical condition after he was hit by a house. Bayou La Batre police have identified the victim as Anthony Brunner. We're told he was pinned between a house and a truck Wednesday morning in Safe Harbor Estates, a housing development for Hurricane Katrina victims. The chief of the Bayou La Batre Fire Department says they were called in to help, "when we arrived we found the subject here in front of that truck and he had been pinned in by one of the manufactured homes that was being moved to be put in place," said Chief John Wiggins. Bayou La Batre Police are still investigating but say no one will be charged in the case at this time.
