Michael Loper posted the $125,000 bond Monday evening, just hours after it was set by a judge.
Police say Loper was chasing someone Saturday down Highway 45, driving an estimated 100 mph, when he hit a car driven by 18-year-old Mary Baker of Mobile. Baker was in between Loper and the car he was chasing. Baker's car flipped and hit a tree. Both of her passengers, 17-year-old Brian "Matt" Willis Jr. and his brother, 11-year-old Brandon, were killed.
Loper is charged with three counts of murder and leaving the scene of an accident.
