MOBILE, Alabama - Police say 24 year old Carlos Anthony Black was arrested on Wednesday and charged with impersonating a police officer. Investigators were called to a residence in the 6000 block of Boykin Road on Monday for a report of an man acting as an officer, trying to repossess her vehicle.
Police say Black was dressed in a brown shirt with a star on the front and back with the word OFFICER over the top of the star. He was also wearing a Fugitive Recovery Agent badge around his neck.
Investigators say he got into a fight with the victim and snatched her out of the car by her feet. He then fled the scene with her vehicle hooked to a tow truck.
