I haven’t read anything other than what is on WKRG’s site on the subject but when it went to a Hands on scenario from either party,It probably went to a whole nother playing field,be it repo,bankrupcy or what ever.When it goes beyond peaceable that’s what we have police for.

Well if the “brown shirt” he was wearing is the shirt he is wearing in his booking photo then that should have been the first CLUE!  Secondly, I have to agree with barefoot, if you have just had surgery then why are you “resting in your car?”  I read on another site that this vehicle was involved in a Bankruptcy case, and if that is the case, well that trumps simple repo.  Bankruptcy is Federal Court and I can assure you that they DO NOT FORGIVE OR FORGET.  Victim2010 if infact your car is involved in bankruptcy then you might have gotten it back for the time being but I would not count my Disability or Personal Injury Money just yet.  Bankruptcy judges see only numbers and they could care less about your personal life or who you feel assaulted you.

sorry, but even I have to ask, you just had surgery and you picked your car to rest in, you should have been in your house. How could he “flee the scene” if he took time to hook the car to his tow truck. I hope you are all right, but this story doesn’t get it. You tell him Victim2010! Go get him girl! Most car lots have a kill switch which can be activated remotely and some can even see where the car is on the internet.No reason for this kind of an assault on a woman or man.Might want to see if federal charges can be brought on hijacking.
