Man Murdered While Trying To Break Up A Fight

Alabama Mobile  28-year-old Lavelle Johnson was shot multiple times Thursday night. Mobile police say Walter Silas pulled the trigger. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Mobile police have issued a warrant for 32-year-old Walter Silas' arrest on murder charges.

Police say Silas shot 28-year-old Lavelle Johnson Thursday night on Maryvale Street. Johnson was trying to settle an argument between Sials and another man.

Johnson was shot multiple times, including at least once in the back. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
