Man Arrested For Breaking Into Elementary School

Alabama Prichard  Prichard police say Alvin Jordan broke into Whitley Elementary School around 5:00 a.m. Thursday.

Prichard police arrested a man they say broke into an elementary school.

Around 5:00 a.m. Thursday, the burglar alarm sounded at Whitley Elementary School. When police arrived, they say 27-year-old Alvin Jordan was exiting the rear of the building.

Jordan ran but was arrested after a short chase. Police have not determined if Jordan took anything. He's charged with burglary.

He was probably after the copper wiring.

wow! , the cops actually chased down a criminal and caught him in Prichard.too bad some judge will probably fine him a few hundred bucks and turn him loose,oh yea and give him unlimited time to pay so he can steal something to raise the money.good work PPD .
