Just before four o'clock this afternoon a man robbed the United Bank in Magnolia Springs.

The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office says the lone gunman approached a teller and demanded money. While a weapon was not visible in the surveillance video, deputies say he was armed with a semi-automatic.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5'7" to 5'9", 260 pounds. He may be traveling in a red or maroon, SUV or crossover type vehicle.

Anyone with any information about the suspect or the robbery is asked to call the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office at 251.937.0202.
