have filed a $5 million lawsuit against a south Alabama school
district after the school board turned down their proposal to set
up a Christian after-school program.

against the Baldwin County school board over the same issue. The
board filed a lawsuit Oct. 10 asking a judge to block the Bethels

board is discriminating against them because of religious bias.
The lawsuits are just part of more than a dozen federal lawsuits
the couple has filed against government entities in Alabama since
2005.
