Ho-Ho-Ho, that is really funny. Whetstone will get a $200 fine and walk!!! Do ya’ll know how long these 2 “UPSTANDING CITIZENS” have known each other? I know both these guys personally (no, I’m not a criminal myself), and believe me, niether one walks the straight and narrow. This case needs to be moved to another county where Whetstone is not known and be tried by jury. How can Baldwin County allow this? Oh yea,he was charged with “Just MISDEMEANOR DUI!!”  What the heck is MISDEMEANER DUI. DUI is DUI. The BAC is set for a reason, if your over .08 your DUI. Lets rid the roads of people under the influence and make an example of this fellow, to show the people of Baldwin County DUI will not be tolarated and justice is FAIR to ALL.
