The Internal Revenue Service is hanging up the Help Wanted sign in Mobile.

The IRS is looking for qualified revenue officers. The salary ranges from $38,000-$45,000 depending on education, qualifications and experience. Interested applicants must apply no later than February 20.

What does a revenue officer do?
- Collects delinquent tax debts
- Obtains overdue tax returns
- Educates taxpayers about their tax responsibilities
- Conducts civil tax investigations
